If you are prompted for credentials when opening Outlook, use your email address and regular email password.Īll users of Apple devices will need to remove and re-add your accounts as part of this migration. If you do not see this message, and new email is still not coming into your mailbox, please quit and restart Outlook. After your account is migrated, you MAY see a pop-up message in your desktop version of Outlook that reads, “The Microsoft administrator has made a change that requires you to quit and restart Outlook”.
